Terms of Service
1. Service
EnjoyU provides a booking platform for inflatable aquapark sessions in Vilamoura, Portugal. Each booking corresponds to a 1-hour slot with limited capacity.
2. Prices
Online price: €— per person. On-site price: €— per person. Prices include VAT. EnjoyU reserves the right to change prices with 48 hours' notice.
3. No-show policy
For bookings with card guarantee, a —% fee of the booking amount will be charged automatically if you do not show up and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance incur the no-show fee.
5. Check-in
Check-in opens 15 minutes before the booked time. Delays longer than 45 minutes may result in the spot being released without refund.
6. Entry
Entry is managed by QR code scanning. In case of technical issues, staff can validate access using the transaction ID.
7. Liability
EnjoyU is not responsible for lost items, injuries caused by improper use of the equipment or adverse weather conditions. In case of closure due to force majeure, an equivalent voucher will be issued.
